Shipping Policy
Every BYRD creation is prepared with the care and discretion befitting the estate.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Limited-edition, made-to-order, or custom creations may require additional processing time of 2-4 weeks, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Methods
All BYRD shipments are sent via fully insured carriers (FedEx or UPS) with tracking and signature confirmation. Due to the nature and value of our products, adult signature confirmation is required for all deliveries without exception.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. BYRD is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, weight, and selected delivery method. All shipments include full insurance coverage at no additional cost.
Complimentary shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods at BYRD's sole discretion.
Insurance & Packaging
All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value of the contents. Insurance is included at no additional charge.
For your security and privacy, all packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents or sender identity beyond what is required by law.
Delivery & Signature Requirements
An adult signature (18 years or older) is required for all deliveries. The carrier will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be held at a local carrier facility for pickup or returned to BYRD.
Packages returned to BYRD due to failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages may be subject to additional shipping charges for redelivery.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or package consolidation services. We reserve the right to cancel orders with shipping addresses that cannot be verified.
Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including apartment or suite numbers. BYRD is not liable for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
Address changes after an order has been placed cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at clientservices@flywithbyrd.com if you need to modify your shipping address before your order ships.
Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Title to and risk of loss for all products passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. Because all shipments are fully insured, BYRD will assist with filing claims for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, provided you notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
For packages marked as delivered by the carrier, BYRD is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
BYRD currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Delays & Force Majeure
BYRD is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, customs delays, labor disputes, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
